Ms. Kelly Whitney is the provincial technical lead for WSP in Canada’s CCIL certified materials testing laboratories as well as Director of the GTA East operations for WSP’s Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Division. Kelly has been managing laboratory operations of a variety of disciplines including the aggregate, mining and health care industries for over 20 years
