Doug Otto

Doug Otto, C.E.T. is the Vice President of Technical Services at TBT Engineering Limited in Thunder Bay, Ontario. TBT Engineering Limited is the largest independently owned Engineering firm in Northwestern Ontario. Doug is responsible for providing technical and project management services for many of TBT Engineering’s divisions. Doug is also Manager of Drilling Services at TBT Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the Geotechnical and Construction Materials sector. Mr. Otto became Vice-President of CCIL at its AGM on April 26, 2021.
